At French Bullys, we stand behind the quality of our balm and proudly offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or replacement (less a $4.95 packing and processing fee). If you also purchased shipping protection, please note that it's not refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us First Contact us at hello@frenchbullys.co to request a return. A member of our team will review your email and respond within 48 hours to confirm next steps.
  2. Return Unused Items If your product is unopened (or if you purchased multiple and some remain unused), you may return them to:

    Return labels are not provided; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Packaging Requirements For products packaged in glass, please use bubble wrap or equivalent protective material. Refunds cannot be issued for items that arrive broken due to poor packaging.
  4. Send Tracking Information Once your return has been shipped, please email us the tracking number so we can confirm receipt at our facility.
  5. Refund Processing Once your return has been received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued (less the $4.95 packing and processing  fee). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@frenchbullys.co.

Important Notes

  • Ingredients & Allergies: All product ingredients are clearly listed (beef, honey, beeswax). If you are aware of your dog's allergy to any of these and choose to order anyway, any resulting side effects will not qualify for a refund.
  • Eligibility: Refunds apply only when used as intended—for redness, dryness, and itching.
  • Subscription: We send multiple renewal reminder emails. If you forget to cancel your subscription and your order has already been fulfilled, all the above conditions apply.
